We offer a comprehensive portfolio of polymer-based solutions designed to address complex civil and environmental engineering challenges
GEOTEXTILE
Nonwoven Needlepunched Geotextiles
Are manufactured using high-strength polyester and fibre materials. They are well-suited for pavement applications to help prevent early cracking. Additionally, they serve as effective filters, allowing liquid to pass through while retaining soil particles.
Applications include:
Landscape and landfill separation
For highways, airport runways, bridge piers, tunnels, and railways
Riverbanks and coastal protection
GEOMEMBRANCE
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Geomembranes
Are made from premium-grade polyethylene and specialized virgin resins, typically composed of approximately 97.5% polyethylene and 2.5% carbon black. These materials offer outstanding resistance to UV radiation, ensuring long-term durability in various environmental conditions.
Applications include:
Municipal environmental projects
Landfill lining and water conservation systems
Wastewater treatment and mineral waterproofing
Waterproofing for basements, subways, and tunnels in highway and railway infrastructure
GEOCOMPOSITE
High-Quality Composite Geonet for Drainage
Is an advanced drainage product made from a blend of resin and carbon black, engineered into a three-dimensional (tri-planar) geonet structure. It is combined with needle-punched nonwoven geotextile bonded on one or both sides, enhancing its filtration and protection capabilities. The tri-dimensional core offers excellent compressive strength, making it ideal for demanding construction environments.
Applications include:
Drainage systems for underground structures, landfills, railways, and tunnels
Waterproofing systems for highways and railways
Drainage for golf courses, fish ponds, and sports facilities
Industrial wastewater management
GEOCELL
Geocell is a three-dimensional honeycomb structure
Made from high-strength thermoplastic polymer sheets, connected through precision thermal welding. Its flexible design allows it to be folded for transport and expanded on-site, where it can be filled with materials such as sand, gravel, or concrete.
Applications include:
Serving as a cushion layer to improve load-bearing capacity on weak or unstable ground
Reinforcement in infrastructure projects such as highways, railways, airport runways, and wharf areas
Slope protection and erosion control by stabilising soil and supporting paved or unpaved surfaces
GCL
Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL)
It is a high-performance composite material that combines premium sodium bentonite with high-strength geotextiles. It is manufactured as a needle-punched reinforced liner, where the bentonite clay is sandwiched between a nonwoven geotextile and a scrim-reinforced nonwoven layer. This structure ensures excellent internal stability and strength.
Applications include:
Steep slopes and areas with moderate to high loading conditions
Industrial wastewater containment and landfill lining systems
Water features such as landscaped ponds, fish ponds, and golf course reservoirs
GEONET
Geonet
Is a type of geosynthetic material that shares a similar structure with geogrids. It is made of a network of intersecting ribs that are bonded together, forming a grid-like pattern. This design allows fluids or gases to flow efficiently within the plane of the material, making it ideal for drainage purposes.
Applications include:
Behind retaining walls to manage water flow
Beneath building foundations, sports fields, and plaza decks for sub-surface drainage
Along the side slopes of landfills to direct leachate or groundwater away
GEOGRID
Geogrid
Is a geosynthetic material specifically designed for soil reinforcement and ground stabilisation. Its high tensile strength and open grid structure make it ideal for enhancing the load-bearing capacity of soil, improving structural integrity, and extending the lifespan of various construction projects.
Applications include:
Reinforcement of retaining walls
Strengthening of soil foundations
Pavement and roadbed construction
Stabilisation of slopes, embankments, and structural walls
GEOMAT
Geomat
It is a stable, three-dimensional geosynthetic structure composed of multiple layers of geonet that are thermally bonded together. This open mesh design allows soil or sand to fill in and bind securely within the mat, providing effective protection against soil erosion and water runoff, while also reinforcing and stabilising slopes.
Applications include:
Slope protection along railways, highways, dams, and airport embankments
Supporting vegetation growth while preventing soil and water loss
Landscape greening, garden stabilisation, and soil retention
